After a varied career as vice president in a major PR firm, press secretary for a statewide elected official and communications director at a Capitol Hill governmental lobbying group, I started my own solo communications/PR practice in September of 1999.

I mostly write - everything from annual reports to marketing brochures, video scripts, speeches and web copy. Clients have included Andersen, BP, Miller Brewing Co., Motorola, Orbitz and others.

Sometimes the work is routine, but often I get to flex my creativity with some really fun projects. I've written comic videos and sketches to enliven corporate meetings, performed occasionally and even wrote the remarks for the CEO of Miller Brewing Company at the opening of their new major league ballpark in Milwaukee. I'm fortunate that this work gives me the flexibility to go out on auditions and do all the other things necessary to pursue a second career as a performer.
